National e-markets is part of the vision for advanced technology for social good of Guaranteed Markets Ltd. We are a social enterprise, based in London (UK).
We design, launch and run sophisticated online markets. Would we be involved in a NEMs launch? We’d aim to be part of a consortium, contributing our specialist knowledge, intellectual property and credentials but many other parties would need to be involved as well.
In 2009 we will be seeking funding for a NEMs Delivery Project. It will refine the technology and legislation required and outreach to targeted governments who are most ready to empower their electorate with this new tool. Please contact us if this is within your funding remit.
