The legislation would unleash the private investment to create a new public facility. It’s called National E-Markets (NEMs).

What is NEMs?

A new system of  marketplaces on the Internet. They are regulated National Infrastructure. That puts them in the same category as the electricity supply, money or your country’s road network.
